What this template is — and is not

This is an evidence checklist for communicating with official exchange support. It is not customer support, fund recovery, legal advice, or a promise that any withdrawal will be completed.

Copy-paste ticket template

Evidence to attach privately

Attach account screenshots only through official support channels. Redact unrelated balances and personal data where possible. Keep your own local copy of timestamps, status-page notices, and ticket IDs.

Never send secrets

No legitimate support request needs your seed phrase, private key, password, full 2FA code, or remote-control access. Anyone asking for those is creating a new risk, not solving the withdrawal.
