Address, network, and memo are separate checks

A correct address on the wrong network can fail. A correct network without a required memo can still create a support problem. Treat the asset ticker, chain/network selector, address, memo/tag/payment ID, and destination account as separate fields.

Before a deposit: copy the full instruction set

Deposit pages often show warnings about supported networks, minimum amounts, and memo requirements. Save or screenshot the instruction set before sending the first test amount so support can see what you followed.

Before a withdrawal: prove the route with small size

If the destination is an exchange, confirm whether it requires a memo or tag. If the destination is your own wallet, confirm that the selected network is actually supported by your wallet. Start small enough that a mistake is survivable.

Recovery is not guaranteed

A missing memo, wrong chain, or unsupported destination may require exchange support and may not be recoverable. This site does not recover funds or provide support; use official exchange channels only.
